Together with the Guam Visitors Bureau, the Guam Hotel & Restaurant Association sits in the Emergency Operation Center at the Guam Homeland Security to provide services and support as a response activity coordinator (RAC) servicing the emergency support function (ESF) 6 for mass care and ESF 17 for the tourism industry. with public and private sector partnerships, GHRA helps coordinate emergency management and crisis communications to the business community as well as help distribute information and provide training and certification.
