DPHSS' Division of Environmental Health (DEH) will be enforcing the new swimming pools rules and regulations, which was adopted in March 2019. Attached is a copy of the final rules and regulations for swimming pools. DPHSS' DEH will present at a GHRA Membership Meeting on Tuesday, May 10, 2022 at 9:00am via Zoom with regards to the newly adopted rules and regulations.
