Become a Weekend Chef

The Guam Hotel & Restaurant Association (GHRA) Food & Beverage Committee offers a cooking class open to the public and GHRA members to gain experience in the food & beverage industry and promote career development through courses and workshops in partnership with our members. Facilitated by an executive chef / instructor, students will learn and prepare food items selected by said chef instructor followed by a served lunch which the menu will be a three/four-course meal that students have prepared during the course. This is a four-hour class held on a Saturday or Sunday on a quarterly basis.
